The House

You are sure to feel right by the sea in our nautical themed house complete with our iconic red door. Our house has been featured in many movies – even creating the inspiration for Legally Blonde (Delta Gamma, Alpha Nu – “Delta Nu”), complete with the spiral staircase. With the simple scan of a fingerprint, all members of Alpha Nu are welcome into our gorgeous home at any time.

Whether to study, dine, watch a movie, workout, or just hang out, DG is truly our home away from home. Our library and study cube provide the perfect atmosphere to be productive, focus, and work peacefully while our TV room and Anchor Room are filled with comfortable, cozy couches, large flat screen TVs and are great to simply relax and watch movies together. Our members can also be found taking advantage of our fantastic DG workout room, complete with cardio machines, free weights, and yoga mats. Our rooftop deck that overlooks all of Downtown Los Angeles provides a relaxing escape for members to enjoy the fantastic LA weather.

Our beautiful dining room and patio seat our entire chapter for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all members Monday through Thursday prepared by our own amazing chefs. Every Monday Night members gather to share a special Monday Night Dinner served family style, and on Fridays a delicious brunch is prepared where members of Alpha Nu are encouraged to invite guests.

DG is home to 63 members and we have 25 bedrooms with different layouts that each member can decorate as they wish. Each room is furnished with the basics, including beds, desks, a dresser, and a closet. The spacious bathrooms are refined with marbled sinks and tiled floors.
